From this page, you may download available, assigned
and retained thousands-block information by region,
by clicking on the appropriate link in the table
below.
Clicking on a link will cause a compressed (zipped)
file to be downloaded to your computer. Each Blocks
Available, Blocks Assigned and Blocks Retained file
will be in an Excel file by region. Within the file,
each tab will contain a state, and the data will be
sorted by NPA, NXX and X.
The combined Blocks Available, Assigned and Retained
file, will be in a text (ASCII, comma delimited) file
for each region. There will also be one text (ASCII,
comma delimited) file that will contain all regions
together.

AS (Assigned)
A
thousands-block that the PA assigned to a
service provider.
RT (Retained)
A
thousands-block that was not assigned by the
PA.
AV [Available (block
information displayed in blue)]
A
thousands-block that is available for
assignment.
AV [Available (block
information displayed in red)]
A
thousands-block that is available for
assignment; however, it is pending
verification of activation in the PSTN by
the LERG assignee.
AV [Available (block information displayed
in black)]
A
thousands-block that is not available for
assignment because it has been conditionally
accepted via the donation process.
