Section 3.9.4 of the PA Technical Requirements reads,
in pertinent part:
3.9.4 Out-of-Service Notification
All scheduled maintenance activities shall be approved
in advance by the FCC prior to commencing the activity.
Once the FCC has approved the scheduled maintenance
activity, the contractor shall provide notification to
all registered users as to when the activity will begin
and end, as well as the impact on the users.
Please be advised that the PA will be performing
FCC-approved system maintenance, from 5:00 p.m. ET
Saturday, August 13th to 5:00 a.m. ET Sunday, August
14th. During this time frame, the Pooling
Administration System (PAS) will not be available,
however, there will be no service disruptions to the
public section of the
www.nationalpooling.com website.
