The PROVO-OREM, UT Metropolitan Statistical Area has changed in ranking from 103^rd to 93^rd due to population changes in the 2008 census estimates.  The pooling status of the Utah and Juab counties which are part of the PROVO-OREM, UT Metropolitan Statistical Area, will change as follows:

If your company has complied with the Pooling guidelines and requirements you need to take no action based upon this email.  However, if you are providing service but not currently participating in pooling in the listed rate centers, you may be required to pool.  You should consult your company's regulatory personnel to determine your status.

To simplify the search process when looking for documentation relating to First Implementation Meetings (FIM) and Supplemental Implementation Meetings (SIM), we modified that section of the website. Under “Documents”, “Meetings and Minutes and other NPA related information” has been renamed to “FIM/SIM Meeting Materials and Minutes”. The “Pooling Reports by State” page has been modified and renamed to “FIM and SIM Meeting Materials”. If no meetings were held for an NPA that NPA will not be available on the drop down list to select from. After selecting a State and NPA, the “FIM/SIM Meeting Materials and Minutes Search Results” page will appear with a list of documents that will be displayed as links e.g. AL-205FIMMtgMins043002.pdf and sorted in alpha numeric order.
