Returning/Donating Thousand-Block Process

At any time and under any circumstance, a SP may choose to return or donate a
thousands-block:

When you choose to return a thousands-block (contaminated or not) that the PA had previously assigned, this is accomplished by using the Part 1A form. When you choose to donate additional thousands-blocks (contaminated or not) after the Pool Start Date, this is accomplished using the Appendix 2 donation form. It is assumed that all SP donation tasks have been completed as outlined in section 7.2.7 of the Thousands-Block Number (NXX-X) Pooling Administration Guidelines (TBPAG).
