Pooling Customer Support Desk Information

As a reminder, you may contact our Customer Support Desk at 866-NEUPOOL,
poolingsupport@Neustar.biz or our On-Line Support Area for any support issues or
questions.

To access our On-Line Support Area, go to www.nationalpooling.com. On the bottom of the homepage, select the On-line Support Area link. To login to the On-line Support Area, you must be a registered PAS User. Enter your PAS User ID and password. Once you’ve logged in, you can submit tickets as well as view other support resources. To learn more about the On-Line Support, go to the Help Desk User Guide available on the top homepage under the Documents link.
