PAS Account
Password Expiration
The Pooling Administration System (PAS) passwords expire every
150 days from the date of issuance. You will receive an email
notification 10 calendar days prior to your password expiring.
When you receive the “Password Expiration” email, you should
contact the Number Pooling Customer Support desk at
1-866-NEUPOOL within ten days to obtain a new password,
otherwise your account will be disabled. If you do not contact
us, a second and final email reminder will go out 3 days prior
to your password expiring.
Forgotten Password
In order to recover a forgotten password, you will need to
provide the Number Pooling Customer Support desk with a written
request (facsimile copies are acceptable), on company or agency
letterhead, signed by an official point of contact, such as your
supervisor in order to obtain a new password. The request can be
faxed to 925-363-7685 or emailed to
poolingsupport@Neustar.biz.
Account Disabled
Your PAS account may be disabled for the following reasons:
- New PAS users will be disabled if they fail to
contact the Number Pooling Customer Support desk for
their password and log into PAS within 10 days of
receiving their new PAS User ID via email.
- Existing PAS users will be disabled if they do not
contact the Number Pooling Customer Support desk within
10 days of receiving the password expiration email.
- PAS accounts that have been idle for 120 days will
