Assignments Needing Part 4 Report
As a reminder, PAS service provider users can use the Assignments Needing Part 4 Report
to determine whether or not a Part 4 has been submitted, and whether they will need to submit
their Part 4 directly to the state commission or FCC if it is past due. The Assignments Needing Part 4 Report provides a list of assigned thousands-blocks for which a Part 4 has not been submitted. This report is located in PAS under the Reports menu, on the toolbar on the left-hand side. You may query this report by selecting the following search criteria: state, NPA, OCN, (OCNs listed are based on OCNs listed in your user profile) and date range. This report includes the state, thousands-block (NPA-NXX-X), OCN, type of request, rate area, assignment date, effective date, and Part 4 due date.
