Deactivating and Forwarding PAS work items
for employees
In the event that an employee is no longer authorized to have
access to PAS on behalf of
your company, and you want to have their work items forwarded to
another user, there is a
process in place to accommodate that change.
An email must be sent to
poolingsupport@Neustar.biz requesting the deactivation of
the exiting employees PAS account. If you wish to have the PAS
work items forwarded to a different user, you must provide a
name of an active PAS user within your company for the purpose
of forwarding any new PAS work items.
Once the deactivation email is received, Pooling Support will
then deactivate the user in PAS and update PAS with the active
PAS user that the work items will be forwarded to.
