Administration Tip of the Month
CO Code Part 1 Forms with the release of the enhanced
Pooling Administration System (PAS)
With the release of the enhanced PAS effective 2/11/08: manual
(paper) CO Code Part 1 forms will no longer need to be submitted to
the PA for pooled NXX changes, disconnects, or for new pooled NXX
requests (LRN, pool replenishment, or dedicated customer requests).
The CO Code Part 1 form is included in enhanced PAS for these types
of requests. Please refer to the new PAS Service Providers
and Service Provider Consultants User Guide located on the
top of our homepage
