MONTHS TO EXHAUST and UTILIZATION

WORKSHEET – TN Level
The Pooling Administrator has noticed recently that there seems to be an issue with the way some applicants are completing Section D - (Quantity of numbers activated in the past 90 days and excluded from the Utilization calculation on the Months to Exhaust Certification Worksheet TN level (Appendix 3) form when submitting requests for new resources. In particular we have noticed that Section D on many MTE forms has been filled out with the individual number of TNs in increments of less than 1000 (e.g. 1593). This field should only be populated with the number of TNs that reflect whole block(s) and/or code(s) received from the Pooling Administrator or NANPA (e.g. 2000) in the past 90 days for the specified rate center.
