Update to the Contamination of a
Previously Donated Block
When a previously donated block changes from contaminated to non-contaminated, if
possible notify the PA via email, so we can update our records accordingly. Do not resubmit the block donation in PAS.
If you donated a block that is over 10% contaminated, notify the PA immediately so that action can be taken to remove the block from the inventory.
