PAS Block Modification Request for an
Effective Date Change that Needs
NPAC Notification
If an
Effective Date needs to be changed on an
existing
approved request either for a new
block assignment request or a block modification request, where
the effective date for the request has not yet passed, and the
NPAC needs to be notified of the
effective date change then:
The Service Provider or Service Provider Consultant must select
Part 1B in addition to
Effective Date
on the preliminary Select Type of Block Change PAS screen of the
Block Modification request. For more
information on submitting a Block Modification request please
see section 5.3.6, “Submit a Block Modification Request” of the
PAS SP SPC User Guide.
If the Service Provider or Service Provider Consultant does not
select Part 1B in addition to Effective Date then the NPAC may
not be notified of effective date change.
