Disconnect a Previously Assigned Block or Donate a Retained Block

At any time a SP may choose to return or donate a block. To assist in determining which
process should be used, look up the block you are planning on returning/donating using the Block Report. This public report displays a list of blocks that are available, assigned or retained by State, NPA, and Rate Center. The Block Report is located under the Reports link on left of the toolbar on the www.nationalpooling.com homepage.
 

If the block is a retained block, use the donation process. See section 4 of the PAS SP SPC User Guide. If the block is an assigned block, use the return/disconnect process. See section 5.3.7 of the PAS SP SPC User Guide
