2016-0601 - New PAS SFTP Servers

Neustar will be installing new SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) servers into production
at 10am ET, June 11, 2016. Prior to that date, customers should test their connectivity to
the staging URLs from the same IP addresses from which they are accessing the current
production FTP URL (scp.nationalpooling.com).

All service providers who use the FTP should test their connection to the new servers by using the following temporary host name in their SFTP client :

SFTP site (for testing) : sftp.cte-nationalpooling.biz

Your current production user names have been configured to work with the new PAS SFTP servers. This exercise will allow you to accept the new server host keys prior to PAS SFTP server going live in production. You may be required to accept handshake keys on your first attempt to access the new servers. While not required, you may verify transfer by submitting a test file into your “incoming” folder.

You may test starting today through 5:00 PM ET June 9, 2016, after this time access to the temporary URLs will be removed.

Service providers should continue to use the current production host name (scp.nationalpooling.com) for “live” production PAS SFTP filings. scp.nationalpooling.com will remain the production host name after the new servers are placed into service at 10am, ET June 11, 2016.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding confirming your SFTP setup, please contact us at poolingsupport@team.neustar or call us at 1-866-638-7665.
