Pursuant to Section 2.3 of the Pooling Administrator Technical Requirements, the PA will report to the FCC on a monthly basis that there has been no change in staffing or, in the event of a change, the report shall show shortages and overages, and yearly turnover rate. On December 1, 2017, the PA reported to the FCC via email that we added a new Pooling Administrator in accordance with Change Order 3b Revised effective November 28, 2017.
