Pursuant to Section 2.3 of the Pooling Administrator Technical Requirements, the PA will report to the FCC on a monthly basis that there has been no change in staffing or, in the event of a change, the report shall show shortages and overages, and yearly turnover rate. On December 28, 2018, the PA reported to the FCC via email that we had no changes in staffing since our August, 2018 report. That report can be viewed under Archived Reports.
