Assignments Needing Part 4 Report - To and From Date Range
The Assignments Needing Part 4 Report provides a list of block assignments that require a Thousands block Part 4 and a list of code assignments for Dedicated Customer requests that require a CO Code Part 4. The “To” and “From” Date Ranges on this report are based on the date the Part 4 is due. If you want to see which block and dedicated code are coming due for Part 4 forms please be sure to input a date that is in the future or the Part 4 due date for a block in the “To” date field. If you enter today’s date for the “To” date you will only see the blocks and dedicated codes that have Part 4 forms that are due for today which may not help you when you are trying to figure out what is coming due.
