30-Day Notice Procedures and Regulatory Contact Spreadsheet 
 
As a reminder, per section 4.3.1.2 of the Thousands-Block Number Pooling Administration Guidelines (TBPAG), “An SP categorized as IPES shall provide evidence that demonstrates the SP has a national authorization issued by the FCC. In addition, the SP shall provide the 30-day State Notification as well as a date stamped filing or email receipt showing the 30-day notice was sent to the state”.   See 47 CFR § 52.15 (g) (3) and FCC 15-70, ¶ 14 and 34.

The 30-day notice procedures and regulatory contact spreadsheet are to assist IPES providers with identifying those states that have procedures in place and how they should direct the notification. By utilizing this tool, it saves time for both the IPES provider and the state where an established process is in place.
