Frequently Asked Questions (Screenshots How To)



In order to further assist you, please send the following screenshots to poolingsupport@somos.com:

  1. Your Operating System
  2. Your Browser Version
  3. The Error Page that you are receiving

To obtain a screenshot of your Operating System:

  1. Right mouse click on My Computer
  2. Select Properties
  3. Press the Print Screen button on your keyboard (do not crop or edit the screenshot)
  4. Open Microsoft Word or Microsoft PowerPoint and paste the screenshot into the document, then save the document

To obtain a screenshot of your Browser Version:

  1. Open your Browser
  2. Within the browser, go to Help
  3. Select About
  4. Press the Print Screen button on your keyboard (do not crop or edit the screenshot)
  5. Open Microsoft Word or Microsoft PowerPoint and paste the screenshot into the document, then save the document

To obtain a screenshot of your Error Page:

  1. Recreate the Error
  2. Make sure the Browser window is maximized to get a full screenshot
  3. Press the Print Screen button on your keyboard (do not crop or edit the screenshot)
  4. Open Microsoft Word or Microsoft PowerPoint and paste the screenshot into the document, then save the document
